Recruiting: any activity carried on by the organization with the primary purpose of attracting potential employees this connects the workforce planning and the actual selection of new employees. Companies have to make decisions in three areas of recruiting human resource policies, recruitment sources, and the characteristics and behaviour of the recruiter: human resource policies. Are the decisions about how it will carry out human resource management including how it will fill job openings. These policies influence the nature of the positions that are vacant characteristics of the vacancy are more important than recruiters or recruiting sources for predicting job choice.
