One third had experienced dv in their lifetime. Domestic violence is considered workplace violence- ontario ohsa. 40% had a hard time getting to work. 81. 8 % dv had a negative impact on performance. Corrective action to prevent accidents or injuries. If charged under ohs legislation: exercised due diligence= not guilty.
