Document Summary

John locke (all of the logic is sill relevant) secion 25. and 27. What he is referencing is that god gave us reason so we know how to subsist. You have the right because god gave us the commons so we can take things out of it. First idea connects the previous paragraph when he says thought the earth . Property in his own person he is ofering up that later libertarians would construe as the self ownership argument. What it means for you to be a person means that you own yourself as an autonomous being makes choices about your labour because its yours. You make free choices regarding what you do and have to take responsibility for your acions because you make the choice to do that. You don"t have the autonomy to take away other autonomy though (limitaion). I have also violated your right if i take all the commons and don"t leave any for you.
