Burden of disease falls disproportionately on children. I. e. , malaria (effective treatment does exist: yet still, so many people die from it. Antibiotics and how they are becoming ineffective as people become immune to them. Vector control: malaria being transmitted by mosquitoes. A randomized control trial in this scenario can be very expensive. We expose people to harmful chemicals and drugs for the benefit of those patients i. e. , radiation: therapeutic purpose.
