Formal sector vs informal sector in developing counties: the informal sectors are consisted of rural areas, the farm areas. the forma l sectors is place people usually go to to escape the poverty of the country. Organizations who invested in the formal sector are irresponsibile for the market outcome. Accor ding to market outcomes, the price of necessary products are increased. The criticis is that the mar ket trying to let them pay a higher wage, however they are trying to aviod doing so. Maitland: if corporations in fact do improve the market outcome, in fact the informal sectos will b e making worse off. The fact that the living wage will create a even more ethical diseaster. the cor poration is trying to find the jurisdiction to aviod the fact that they have to pay a living wage. The y then, will leave the current jurisdiction in order to aviod a cost in salary.
