In locke"s state of nature, the executive power of the law of nature is possessed by: answer: each person. Concept is the idea everyone can agree on. Conceptions are going to con ict with each other. Justice is each person getting what is due to them. Social justice focuses on institutions and morally judging the outcomes by social, political, economic etc institutions. Justice is connected to duty (duty to other people, justice is also linked to rights (right to life, liberty, property etc. )) You can do charity, but you aren"t forced to do it. Whereas, with justice, you can force people to complete their duty of justice (e. g. don"t pay taxes then you go to prison or get ned etc. : hayek vs. social justice. Why society cannot be just or unjust: actions, intentions, agency. Nobody intends the distribution of bene ts of social cooperation is just or unjust. Social justice is a mirage ( makes no sense)
