But just because you combine them doesn"t mean that they"re right now. Gender includes bodies but not reducible to them. Reason allows for us to think of a better future. Gives us an ability to figure out how to give others more justice. Rousseau didn"t pay attention to whether the features of society were products of society or left over from the state of nature. Women ill-prepared for their duties as social beings. Women to be transformed into rational, independent beings.
