Inclusive students with learning disabilities are in the same classes as those who do not. More accessible for all types of people (economically, ethnically, culturally) Diversity of learning styles and needs more of those needs are met today. Technology is apart of the classroom: today"s classrooms are diverse. Immigration 20% of canada"s pop. was born outside of canada. Ethnicity by 2031, 29-32% of pop. will be members of visible minorities. Religion 14% of canadians identify as members of non-christian religions. Socioeconomic status 1 in 7 children lives in poverty; higher in aboriginal and immigrant pop. Students have a wide range of abilities, disabilities and come from a variety of family situations: today"s teachers. Teaching workforce does not re ect classroom diversity. Teacher"s sense of e cacy: a teacher"s belief that he or she can reach even di cult students to help them learn, predicts student achievement, grows from real success with students, experience and training are essential.
