Anger at your parents, and redirect the anger at something or someone else. Rationalize your self: this is why i am doing what i am doing. An unacceptable impulse is repressed, and then attributed to (projected onto) other people. A repressed impulse is released in the form of a socially acceptable or even admired behaviour.
