Conflict between what you want to do and what you are pressured to do. Going along with the pressure = conformity. Start to believe in what the group wants internally. Our behaviour may be shaped by models, even in absence of direct intentional influence. Model performs something that you know is prohibited but desired, but the model"s action removes your inhibition. Group gives information that individual can use for rational decision. Pressure to maintain group consensus don"t rock the boat .
