Lost touch with reality (thought, feeling and thinking mix together) Spliing mental processes (e. g. atenion, percepion, emoion, moivaion, etc. ) Feelings of anger towards a parent who abandoned you or any signiicant loss. Ander directed inward resuling in guilt and self-loathing. Seligman: learned helplessness (whatever you do doesn"t make a diference, nothing maters) o. Is it the cause or result of depression.
