Paranoid: delusions of grandeur (you think you are a famous person i. e. jesus), persecuion (think people are ater you) or both. Body can adapt to drugs and they no longer will help. Frame of view turning sideways and seeing ghost trails. Withdrawing from social interacions and poor self care. Strange postures (catatonic), will stay in one posiion for a long ime and hold the posiion they are put in. Delusions (false beliefs that can"t be convinced other wise) Thought broadcasing (everyone knows what you are thinking because your thoughts are sent out) Thought inserion (thoughts that come to you are put their by other people)
