Differences in physiological characteristics: different voice prints for each personality, different eyeglasses prescriptions. Could d. i. d just be acting: not all symptoms previously stated can be acted , reinders et al. (2012) looked at eeg recording in response to visual stimuli. Actual multiple personalities showed different neural response patterns!
