Definition: the scientific study of behaviour and the mind . Key difference is that behaviour is the actions and responses you can see - possibly coming from the mind which are internal processes that we cannot observe. If it"s something we cannot see, must think of a way to measure love (love is not able to be observed) Trying to research a problem - how can you do it and be able to justify it. A method of learning about the world. Collect observations - think about how things work, how variables vary or are related. Theory: phone requires some sort of power. Make a hypothesis to why it isn"t turning on. Doing five things at once to get your phone to turn on, will not know what the problem is. Mom is a source of food for the baby - cupboard.
