Where are the facts and where is the evidence. Law intuition guided by their gut: judges sentence based on their gut, a lot of weight to what their gut says and disregard science. Likelihoods: psychology probabilities can"t say for certain. Don"t deal with absolutes: law absolutes needs to be either guilty or not.
