Many would say that it has to do with taking on responsibility not relying on others: emerging adulthood. Distinct period of life between adolescent and adulthood. Relating warming to others developing relationships, showing compassion, relating to how you act towards others. Frustration tolerance ability to handle high levels of stress. Realistic perception not being so egocentric, more objective view of whats going on. Possession of skills and competencies had time to develop skills and become good at certain things, and being aware of those skills knowing limits but having pride with your skills.
