Avg age - late teens, and 30s (bimodal) doesn"t go away on its own (but there are times where its intense and times where its not) Get worse when there"s a lot of life stress. Develop within first year of getting panic dis order. Agoraphobia used to be linked to panic disorder in dsm. Anxiety about being in place where escape is difficult or impossible. Fear of escape in 2 out of 5 situations.
