Plastic surgery started out by being for burn victims now its for fixing or enhancing something on your body. Someone in a wheelchair or who is blindyes, but what about the anorexic, the alcoholic, the infertile, the shy Some countries have very high percentage of the population identifying as having a disability but that will depend on who counts: the philosophical interesting point here is that disability is fluid. Prompts critical theorists to say that disability is manufactured: biological and social element, autism, deafness, meno pause you are lacking something. It is not seen as an issue to concern anyone other than the individual affected.
