Cultural resource management (crm) investigations to identify cultural resources and historic properties at proposed project development sites: an important component of project planning. Investigations are steered by the mandate of protection and management. What triggers a crm archaeological investigation in ontario: housing subdivisions and other land development projects, public development projects, quarrying, forest harvesting, pipelines, lands owned by the government agencies (i. e. county, province).
