What it can do and what it is good at doing: connected to management as they get to organize the work in whatever category they prefer. Management decides what they need to be good at, preferences biases towards certain capabilities over others. Capability causes bias towards playing to your strengths over weakness: culture determines how the managers behave and how they influence the workers. Biased and influenced by the existing culture: strategy: capabilities determine how well you can execute the strategy.
