Aptitude and knowledge acquired though personal experience such as schooling, jobs, (even if you lack experience) hobbies, sports . Not a lot of students are getting the employer related skills. Students have skills > < employers need skills. Articulating your skills in depth will demonstrate understanding of your skills: Listen to others, convey ideas, collaborate to find solutions. Problem solving/ initiative = some materials ran out, so i let the employees know we ran out of materials. I went to the storage room to grab more and set them up to look nice. Communication = used walkie talkies to communicate with the employees so we could decide what needed to be done next when we were in different areas.
