- gather information on appropriate sites
- eliminate some to obtain a short list of 3-4 sites
- visit the short-listed sites, meeting with local authorities and real estate agents
- evaluate the alternatives and make a decision
Location Break-Even Analysis identifies the least (fixed and variable) cost location choice based on
quantity to be produced
