Doli incapax - under 12 can not be found guilty. Insanity - grounds of knowing the act was wrong. Attempts - half the penalty for attempting but not completing. Orientation to criminal justice in which the protection of the community & the apprehension of offenders are paramount purpose - protection of the public.
