Gentrification: commoditized, corporate, urbanization, people are pushed out to make room for bigger companies. Bring together residents of mixed-income, mixed-race communities together. Building spaces like libraries, community centres, schools, etc. that represent diverse neighborhood interests that encourage social interactions across race and class. Policies i. e. rent control, tax freezes, long-term leases, increasing minimum wages and building middle income.
