Does it give the target audience what they want: deliver their content quickly and easily. The content may be amazing but if i can"t read it then i won"t read it. Download speed: keep in mind where people are connecting from. Might reduce # of users: may be buggy, may cause security issues. Animation: don"t use animations unless its serving a purpose, gets old after 3 seconds. Speed determined by user"s connection speed and size of page. Text is fast; graphics, sound, applets, animations, etc. , can be slow.
