Health and safety measures: overcrowding, slums north vs south. Life expectancy is around 80 in north and 60 in south. Relative poverty: exist everywhere, anyone whose assets and income are smaller than those of the people living in his or her immediate social context, like neighborhood or city. Absolute poverty: chronic inability to afford the basic necessities of life, such as food or water. Working poor: people who earn enough to make them ineligible for state health insurance, but not enough to afford private healthcare insurance o no public medicine for them. When international institutions and national governments try to create effective measures to address and hopefully solve very entrenched global problems through policy, diplomatic collaborations, and various other reforms.
