Essentially two sides of the spectrum: family physicians, immunizations, Provincial and federal governments have split jurisdiction over the different aspects of healthcare since constitution doesn"t directly address healthcare. Provinces have primary jurisdiction over the organization and delivery of health care. Federal government has authority over regulation and approval of prescription drugs. Federal government provides care to first nation, rcmp and veterans of the armed forces.
