Women in the maghreb: between tradition and modernity. The pictures on the slideshow show different age groups, social class, regionalism. Is about connection, sharing what you have (food, home, parking etc. ) Medium can be music and what connects them all. Even though we are all the same now (ex. Mcdonalization) there originally were some differences and some of it prevails, mainly in the rural areas this is who we will be talking ahout: modern model. 2) family law in the maghreb: talking about gender relations from a legal pov comparative study. One man and many women who live in the same house and the women all care for the man and his needs (cooking, cleaning etc. : something you cannot avoid when you talk about orientalism. Mainstream media always show camels and desserts. Ex every native looks the same but naahhh really there are many languages and people but mainstream media makes them look all the same.
