Limit is around 19 hours and max are 26 hours: in the absence of zeitgebers, the free-running clock is imprecise, no external way for it to latch onto. Internal is not accurate at all, cannot keep a 24-hour cycle. In humans, usually is longer than 24 hours. In graph they are waking up a little later everyday. Internal clock times slightly longer than 24 hours.
