Genesis 1, god is referred to as yhwh (ya-way) can have a more personal relationship with this god, god that is like us: god creates, declares good therefore god loves. How do we maintain god"s love: some worked towards being good to obtain god"s love, others believed. Jews believe god created us as sexual beings, so there is no sense of original sin. The divine being (god/goddess) is one who loves: god loves what is good. Genesis has a focus on heterosexuality there should be a love relationship between a man and a woman, there is no mention of children or family.
