Until 1951- indians were not considered as people. Until 1960- indians are not able to vote (unless u give up ur membership) Natives cant leave their home towns without a pass. Motto of indian school- kill the indian and save the man . Most affective weapon to kill indian was to take children away from homes to large residential schools (74 in all of canada)
