The idea that there are barriers preventing women from pursuing education and equal. If you let women participate in everyday life, they can be just as good as men opportunities. Removing barriers so women can have equal opportunity in education and the job market. Breaking the glass ceiling - break the socially recognized ideals. Meritocracy (government or the holding of power by people selected on the basis of their ability)
