(not particularly one type of business, but a widespread: competition: this concept has transformed! It"s about forcing you to look beyond your local market. But it is not a clear cut of where your competitor is coming from. It is not just about the competitor nor technology more so how they interrelate. As they interrelate, they create different types of organization that we see: theft: redefined by the access of technology, preferences of buyer: it matters about the society"s expectation which is a force/challenge to organizations. People expect that their employer are safe in the workplace. It consists of people with formally assigned roles who work together to achieve stated goals within an identifiable boundary* *identifiable boundary = it is not about a physical structure but it is that bond that unites the organization together.
