Incentives is a thing that can help someone do better in something. Firstly, every organizations employee shows the same level similarities of their affection towards their work place. Every workplace worker tends to show their feeling as dissatisfaction or even irrigation when they are working because of different type of external problems and different problems from internal part of the organization. For instance, an external problem could be a person frustrated with something in their personal life, and bringing that stress, or any type of problem. They usually bring their personal life conflict to work and take it out on someone else. That is why many people have the same feelings at work place.
