Introduction
• Mentoring is an important aspect of leadership.
• Chief Bryce Williams has always been happy to learn from others.

exposed to the political life early on.

• The mentoring and learning process did not end with his election.

decision-making authority with his Tsawwassen First Nation legislative assembly, which
is made up of 12 legislators and the chief.
