The materials that used were a microscope and the specific glass slides (10 mm thick, 1/2 gross) for the microscope. Five 15 ml conical tubes were provided which one of them were pond water, other one was 3m of nacl and there rest used to make dilution according to the experiment design that each group had to create. By using a pasture pipette a drop of pond water added on the leave on the left and a drop of 3m of nacl (stock solution) added to the right one.
