Inhalation of allergen: drugs associated w/rhinitis, acei, asa/ nsaids, cocaine, diuretics (amiloride, hctz, gabapentin, hydralazine, oral contraceptives, pde5i, psychotropics (chlorpromazine, risperidone, sympatholytic (clonidine, doxazosin, methyldopa, phenolamine, prazonin, topical decongestants (prolonged use( R- region & radiation: eyes & nose, facial signs- cheeks & forehead. S- severity, symptoms: complications: sinusitis, otitis media, asthma, sleep apnea, dental overbite & high arched palate due to more mouth breathing, severity, mild: symptoms present but not troublesome. Itchy, red, water eyes (allergic conjunctivitis), itchy throat, ear fullness/popping, sensation of pressure over cheeks & forehead injection.
