Some of the basic underlying human skills are to be: The reason we talk about this, is if we don"t learn to use these skills and consciously manage our talk, we run up against the 7th axiom all the ime which is: We need to be right when things go bad so we learn to speak defensively: we need to learn how to avoid that. Some of the irst term items that we"re going to use: defense mechanisms (which we might use when we"re commiing the 7th axiom and becoming defensive: denial, avoidance, raionalizaion. These are the most common ones, use these for an essay quesion. When we fail to do this, when we fail to noice our communicaion, paricularly the emoional aspects of it things can go strangely.
