After plath"s death, it was only the poetry written during the darkest period of her depression (like daddy ) that became famous. Boland argues that this was an error of revision. Concentrates of plath"s new vision of life through being a mother. Her motherhood gave her a sense of her own nature. Her nature in turn, gave her a sense of participation in the power in mystery of seasons and arrivals. Naturally, women are capable of creating things with their bodies. Carmine starnino"s review of new collected poems (2008) Boland writes about personal and domestic interiors of life. She found her voice as an irish poet against all odds (no other irish poets to draw by on) Seeing her writing as a blank page which she had to mark with her vision.
