Moral compass: 1st part is social justice, 2nd environmental sustainability, 3rd civic engagement. Learn to see things from different points of view, without losing your ability to evaluate. Remember to eventually make up your mind on what to what believe. You should be able to convey your message to anyone, any age and in any way, long, short etc. Never disregard a point of view or argument no matter how stupid it is.
