The reason why this is a problem is because management should consider whether all employees can adapt to being technically and socially trained to use this system. Moreover, issues that can occur due to this implementation can be organizational and human issues such as untrained professionals and this can result in false system documentation. Hence, to avoid this problem the data will have to be processed consistently and the users of the ehr system will not have any difficulty in using the information generated by the system.
