Author is giving sociological analysis of structure, culture, and self. The domain or realm of youth crime or delinquency has great injustices against children. Due to lack of knowledge, strategic thinking, and understanding in youth crime, we cause considerable injustices to children in ycja, yoa, jda, or criminal code. The whole criminal justice system is premised on flawed understanding of youth. Due to lack of understanding we have policy decisions that are bad, inappropriate police behaviors and other institutions make mistakes bearing on justice for children. That system is based on ignorance and flawed understanding of what youth criminality is. It resembles adult crime but with youth there are particulars. There are crimes of passion, pathology and profit. Crimes of passion with kids are due to their emotional makeup (upset, angry, disrespected) so they act out on impulse. They commit crime due to their emotion and passion for something.
