Gordon report was the first indication that american investment may have drawbacks. To protect our resources, ottawa should limit our foreign investment allowance. As an extension from the 20s, canadians spent much time reading american books/magazines. Rather than listening/watching to canadian material: canada: a cultural wasteland.
