Artemis then send the furies after agamemnon for scarifying the young. Moreover, when agamemnon returned home, he was killed by his wife for sacrificing their daughter iphigenia. The furies assisted clytemnestra on her revenge against agamemnon. Then nature of vengeance is a never ending cycle where no win can solve issues as a whole. The furies acknowledge the desire and necessity of vengeance of the gods. Another example where apollo send the furies to orestes to seek revenge for his father, if he did not apollo would send storms. Clytemnestra who abandoned him as a child and dishonored argos.
