Ethnicity: an identity based on characteristics associated with cultural traditions, background, geographic region, religion, and language: many people share more than one ethnicity, ethnicity nowadays is another code word for race. Essentially they were shut away from the opportunity of being properly canadian so they had to do something and came together to make these towns. Racism operates in a way where you are always being pushed away as an immigrant with people asking you where are you really from. Black athletic superiority (not real: they have a longer heel bone, superior nerves, extra bone. Genetic determinism in regards to genetic superiority is explained entirely by genes, so they are better just because of their genes. 1: demonstrate genetic differences between people, show a connection between those genetic differences and athletic performance to prove this you have differentiate black and non black populations. Factors that genetic leave out are things like: environment, role model, training, opportunities.
