Diverse aging society: di erent sense of humour, experiences. In nairobi, grandmothers must take mar7al arts. Elderly are like a car that constantly needs maintenance, replacement of partsetc. Percep7on that people live forever caregivers don"t have old age experience, only project what they hear/see. Our parents are baby boomers (sandwich genera3on) look aser their parents while suppor7ng own children, careers. Grandparents depend on parents for care, moneyetc. India: parents live with youngest son. Usually responsibility goes to women or daughters bc nurturing by nature. Having daughters = parents will be well looked aser. 45% chance baby boomers will be living with their kids. Club sandwich genera3on: include babyboom genera7on. Take care of aging parents, adult children and grandchildren.
