Benefits: decrease physical and psyc stressors, liberation from worldly afflictions by realizing emptiness because able to end root cause of their suffering delusion and ignorance. Insight into how the world influences ideas and projections: ability to change and transform, embracing positive and negative occurrences with full awareness if empty mind. Caution: nihilism: the idea that all life is meaninfless and no phenomena exist at all. It is the middle path because it falls in between the two extremes of essentialism and nihilism: essentialism is the extreme attacment to the worldly life.
