Use stakeholder perspectives: as a tool for market research, understand customers, competitors, suppliers, gaining fresh perspective on familiar problems. 2. 2: using multiple views to improve decision making (new mindset) Being open to different possibilities, individuals, teams, and organizations can open many new paths for development. They can increase their adaptability and take advantage of new opportunities along the way.
