How is the team going to communicate internally and externally: how to clarify internal and external misunderstandings, how to keep everyone updated, effective communication. Keep ground rules: simple should not be a burden, flexible allow suggestions for improvements revise and revisit, performance focused should help everyone do a better job. Tips: speak up, resist group-think , think about consequences of your actions on others, always be prepared to pitch in when help is needed. Remind yourself that if you"re not working for the team , you"re probably working against it.
