Conflict occurs when individuals" interests are in disagreement with each other. Parakeet: ok, let"s do it your way. Woodpecker is really looking to satisfy their own needs. They"re tenacious, they keep going until they get it. They"re also single minded, it"s hard to change their mind. They are opportunistic, they will use anything to their advantage. They"ll exert power or use anyone to their advantage. You would need these type of people around when you need a decision to be made instantly. They"re biased and they don"t even know they"re biased. Roadblock: tends to make orders; can bully or threaten. Tip for communicating arguments: don"t interrupt; practice empathy. Owl has a much calmer approach than a woodpecker in a typical argument situation. They"re very conscious of everyone in the conversation. They"ll ask a lot of questions in arguments and they"ll try to investigate every angle of it before they make a decision or an argument so they"re very perceptive.
